TPC at FSExpo 2026

We’re back! For the third year in a row, The Pilot Club is heading to FSExpo, and this time, we’re bringing even more of the community with us. If you are new to The Pilot Club, we are a global aviation and flight simulation community focused on our shared mission, real-world flying inspiration, and connecting with pilots beyond the sim.

FSExpo 2026 takes place 12-14 June, 2026, in Minneapolis, MN. Stop by TPC Booth #431, introduce yourself, and be part of the TPC meetup in person.

This is where TPC members, staff, and curious passersby will be gathering to talk aviation, flight simulation, share stories, and probably spend too much time debating hardware setups.

FSExpo is more than just an event for us. It’s where the online world becomes real; where Discord names turn into actual people, and where our community really comes to life. This year, we’re continuing that tradition.

Background

Now, if you’re new to the scene, FlightSimExpo is the flagship event of the Flight Simulation Association (FSA), a community-powered convention connecting simmers, developers, real-world pilots, and dreamers.

Since its debut in Las Vegas back in 2018, FSExpo has made stops in Orlando, San Diego, Houston, Vegas (again), and Providence. The FSA’s mission is to help people discover the power of home flight simulation, whether for training, proficiency, or just good old-fashioned fun.

What to Expect

Friday, June 12 is #FSExpoFriday, a series of product reveals, announcements, and updates from flight simulation's biggest developers. Afterward, the exhibit hall opens for an evening preview.

Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14 feature an interactive exhibit hall that shows off the latest in flight simulation. Two stages feature seminars, Q&As, and panel discussions on a variety of aviation topics.

At TPC booth, you’ll be able to:

  • Meet the team behind The Pilot Club.

  • Connect with fellow members.

  • Learn more about our mission, events, and what’s coming next.

  • We’ll have FREE TPC Merch and a few surprises at the booth.

In addition to our flightsim community features, this year we are showcasing our upcoming real world FAA Part 61 Ground School and announcing our Aviation Career Center for flightsimmers who want to start their aviation career journey. Our goal is to bring high-quality aviation education programs that introduce students to aviation careers and build a stronger, more diverse workforce pipeline for the aviation industry through structured learning experiences designed to give students early exposure to the technical knowledge and aviation career pathways.

Meet the Community

One of the best parts of FSExpo is seeing just how many of you show up. We’ve put together a running list of TPC members attending, so you can coordinate, meet up, or just realize you’re not the only one who took this hobby way too seriously.

TPC Dinner – Saturday, 13 June, 2026

We’re also planning a TPC community dinner on Saturday, 13 June, 2026.

It’s a chance to step away from the expo floor, relax, and spend some time with fellow members in a more casual setting. More details, including location and how to join, will be shared on TPC Discord.

A Growing Tradition

This isn’t our first time at FSExpo—and that’s something we’re proud of. If you’ve been following along, you’ve seen this journey evolve from our first appearance to where we are now:

Each year, the community has grown: more members, more connections, and more moments that remind us why we do this. Each year, more members join us in person, and 2026 is shaping up to be our biggest yet.

See You There!

FSExpo is where the hobby grows, but more importantly, it’s where the community connects. We’re proud to be part of it again. Come find us at Booth #431 and learn about all of our free features like our flightsim training program, community Mentorship program, new Aviation Career Center, VATSIM group flights, Virtual Airline, and much more…

We will also have live content from the show on our Instagram and YouTube.
