Sole-searching in Italy - TPC Charters Airline Summer 2026 Event
For millennia, the Mediterranean region has been home to trade, culture, and commerce. The Mediterranean Sea is one of the largest in the world, and the more than 20 countries bordering it give you the chance to learn about yourself and the people living there. This region has warm, sunny summers so pack your sunglasses, sunscreen, and extra water! GA pilots will be marching around the boot of Italy. Airline pilots will explore the whole region, from Cairo to Gibraltar, Istanbul to Tripoli, and everything in between!
This event starts at 00:00:01z on 1 June 2026 and runs through 24:00:00z 30 June 2026.
Airliners
Airline pilots will visit airports across the whole of the Mediterranean region. Rather than confining yourself to one country, you will experience numerous countries and cultures. Once again, you will have some routing flexibility.
Pilots will receive points for each airport they visit. Therefore, your first trip from LXGB will earn you 1000 points (500 for LXGB and 500 for your first destination). All airliners will start at LXGB - Gibraltar.
GA Aircraft
If you are flying GA, you will discover much of what Italy has to offer: mountains, coastal villages, cities, and islands. Your route will take you down the west coast, nearly to the tip of the boot, around the “heel”, and back up north along the eastern shore. All GA aircraft will begin at LIMW - Aosta.
