TPC Flight School
Our free Flight School provides structured training courses, such as PPL, IR, CMEL, and ATPL for the flightsim.² VATSIM P-ratings will be awarded upon completion of these courses.
TPC Flights School opens its doors to flightsim pilots! Our qualified instructors are knowledgeable and passionate about aviation and teaching. Several are real world CFIs and airline transport pilots. You are in good hands! Our goal is to help you obtain P-ratings and to become a more knowledgeable pilot. We utilize live practice flights with instructors to ensure you are ready and prepared for your checkride!
You are welcome to enroll and attend courses on flightsim topics, such as aviation fundamentals, aircraft operation, and VATSIM ATC communication. The flight school is FREE to TPC members!

Flying Essentials Course
This free 4-module course has all the essentials you need to start flying and talking to ATC.² You don’t have to be enrolled in our Flight School to take this course, and this course is FREE to Club Members and non-TPC members.
TPC Discovery Flights
Our monthly discovery flights are designed to get you to start flying on VATSIM. Experience the joy of flightsim! Check DISPATCH for the next scheduled flight.
Helicopter Basics 1 & 2 Courses
This free course has the information you need to start flying helicopters.² You don’t have to be enrolled in our Flight School to take this course, and this course is FREE to Club Members and non-TPC members.
