Aviation Career Center

We are a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit and we help people achieve their dreams.

Who We Are

The Pilot Club Inc. brings high-quality aviation education programs that introduce students to aviation careers and build a stronger, more diverse workforce pipeline for the aviation industry through structured learning experiences designed to give students early exposure to the technical knowledge and career pathways.

Through accessible digital coursework, instructional media, and guided learning activities, students will explore topics such as aircraft systems, airspace structure, aviation communication, and flight operations. These lessons highlight the real-world application of STEM skills in aviation and help students build foundational knowledge before beginning formal flight or technical training.

These programs are designed to strengthen the aviation talent pipeline by increasing early awareness of aviation careers and equipping students with the foundational knowledge needed to pursue roles such as pilots, engineers, technicians, and aviation operations professionals.

By combining accessible aviation education, mentorship, and career exploration, The Pilot Club creates clear pathways for students to transition from curiosity about aviation into long-term career opportunities.

We reach 7,000+ students annually through our free online structured-learning aviation programs.
