The Spring Swing - TPC Charters Airline Spring 2026 Event
Spring is a time of movement and change. Snow is melting, plants are sprouting, and snowbirds and spring breakers are migrating. For our event this March, our airline pilots will be taking spring break party-goers south to enjoy the beaches, palm trees, and warmth of the sun. Their return trips will be full of snowbirds ready to migrate north for the summer. For GA, you will be a snowbird, but you don’t enjoy commercial air travel. Grab your favorite GA aircraft and get heading north!
This event starts at 00:00:01z on March 1st and runs through 24:00:00z March 31st.
Airliners
As an airline pilot, you are well-acquainted with this season. A flurry of spring breakers heading south from their northern universities, and the string of snow bunnies coming back north for the season. You will have some freedom with routing, but your mission remains constant: carry the partygoers south and return with the winter wanderers.
Pilots will receive points for each airport they visit. Therefore, your first trip from KLGB will earn you 1000 points (500 for KLGB and 500 for your first destination). All airliners will start at KLGB - Long Beach (Daugherty Field).
GA Aircraft
It is time for you to return home to Bangor, Maine from your vacation stay in Key West. Instead of dealing with the crowds and airline food, you fly down to Florida in your GA aircraft and return the same way. Perhaps, you even pick up some friends on the way back–that’s up to you. All GA aircraft will start at KEYW.
You must visit all 13 airports for points. Some distances between airports are shorter than others, allowing you to leap frog over shorter legs and back if you are flying something higher and faster. You will receive 500 points for each airport you visit, so your first flight will net you 1000 TPC points!
