Partnership with FlightBag

The Pilot Club is excited to announce a partnership with FlightBag (flightbag.app) - a free, browser-based companion app for flight simulation enthusiasts. It sits alongside the rest of your setup and handles the workflow around each flight. This nifty app has been brought to you by Velizar, who is an active flight simmer and knows what’s important to have in your flight bag every flight!

A SimBrief import fills out a briefing with an interactive route map and vertical profile. Live METARs, TAFs, and VATSIM ATIS sit a tap away, and when a controller is online along your route, the relevant frequencies are pulled in automatically. Interactive checklists cover a growing list of aircraft, with voice callouts at the end of each phase.

The ATC Notepad holds clearances, frequencies, and scratch notes, with a drawing mode for marking up approach plates.

The app runs in any modern browser, installs as a PWA, and works on a second monitor, a tablet, or a phone in the cockpit, and is free to use.
