TPC Charters VA - New changes for 2023

Thank you TPC Charters pilots!

Your continued engagement and enthusiasm for flying with TPC Charters has not only allowed for the incredible growth we’ve seen over the past year but has also meant a great deal to the Charters management team who strive to keep things fun and exciting for all our pilots.

We have a few changes that will go into effect for 2023:

  • We will be resetting all the “record hours” so you can expect to see more announcements and awards being given out as new records are set.

  • We will be increasing the pilot pay from 15% to 20%.

  • After a pilot wins the Top Gun award, they will not be eligible to win it again the following month. They are back in the running for it after this one-month hiatus.

  • Charters is doing away with shared airliners. Everyone that wishes to fly an airliner will now be assigned their own individual aircraft (once they have approval from one of the airliner managers). This will require all airliner pilots to have the “Hiring Agreement” skill in OnAir. This is a one-point skill and so should not take long to acquire if a pilot does not already have it.

That’s all the changes for now. If you have not done so already, please fill out the Charters Event Lessons Learned feedback form to help us in planning our future events.

Hope you all have a wonderful new year!
